Every student must submit a copy of their ID card and one passport-size photograph along with the admission form. Foreign national students must provide a visa copy or legal documents as proof of identity.
Before applying for admission to any course, students should familiarize themselves with the course contents, duration, and other relevant details.
If a student has any concerns or is dissatisfied for any reason, they must inform the administrator within 2-3 days.
The admission deposit fee is strictly non-refundable.
The institute is recognized by various government and foreign institutions. For certificate verification details, students should consult the administration office.
Government departments charge separate fees for different subjects. Students are advised to inquire about these charges in advance.
Certificate processing by government departments may take 1-2 months. Students are requested to be patient and cooperative.
The institute will not be responsible for delays in admission caused by external authorities.
Attendance is mandatory for exams; failure to attend may result in disqualification.
For NEBOSH exams, students must attend an interview and ensure they pass to proceed.
The institute is not responsible for results affected due to interview center policies.
If a student requires an urgent certificate, the institute can issue a local certificate for Rs. 2000, with processing taking 1-2 days.
If a student is absent for 1-2 days without prior notice, they are responsible for catching up on missed lessons. Absence of more than 3 days without notification will result in the student being marked as withdrawn. To continue, a new admission fee must be deposited.
Students must pay their course fees on time. The institute reserves the right to discontinue the course for students who fail to make timely payments.
For student ID cards, students must submit one passport-size photo and a fee of Rs. 500.
If there are registration issues, especially for NEBOSH, the institute will deduct the tuition fee and refund the remaining amount to the student.
